By installing or using TabVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

TabVault is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to save, organize, and restore browser tab sessions. We offer both free and paid (Pro) subscription tiers with different features and limitations.

3. User Accounts

The free version of TabVault does not require an account. For Pro features including cloud sync, you will need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan

  • Up to 5 saved sessions
  • Local storage only
  • Basic features

Pro Plan

  • Unlimited sessions
  • Cloud sync across devices
  • Automatic backups
  • Export functionality
  • Priority support

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($4/month) or yearly ($36/year). All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment provider.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
  • You can cancel at any time from the extension settings
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase (see our Refund Policy)

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the extension
  • Share your Pro subscription with others
  • Abuse the service or use it in a way that impacts other users
  • Store or sync content that violates any laws

7. Intellectual Property

TabVault and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TabVault and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your saved tab data remains your property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TabVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data, though we take reasonable measures to prevent it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TabVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect paid subscribers.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
