We want you to be completely satisfied with TabVault Pro. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply:

  1. Send an email to support@tabvault.app
  2. Include your email address used for the purchase
  3. Briefly mention why you'd like a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Eligibility

  • First-time purchases: Full refund within 14 days
  • Renewals: Refunds for renewal charges are available within 7 days of the renewal date
  • Yearly subscriptions: If you cancel after 14 days, you can continue using Pro features until the end of your billing period

What Happens After a Refund?

After your refund is processed:

  • Your Pro subscription will be canceled immediately
  • You'll retain access to the free version of TabVault
  • Your local data remains intact
  • Cloud-synced data will be retained for 30 days in case you re-subscribe

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds)
  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase (for new subscriptions)

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime from the extension settings. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Refund: A refund immediately ends your Pro access and returns your payment. Use this if you want your money back.
